About the role
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development: Acquire new travel insurance partners as well as sustain and grow the existing travel insurance portfolio in Thailand by identifying new opportunities and enhancing current offerings, deliver upselling and cross-selling opportunities from new enquiries and within the existing portfolio to maximize revenue potential. Strategic Development: Lead and/or assist in developing and executing strategic business plans that outline sales and revenue growth strategies for both new and existing portfolios. Business Maximization: Manage existing business partners, identify opportunities for revenue enhancement opportunities, and renew business prospect pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities. Product Development: Involve in developing and implementing new product or service initiatives that enhance existing ones to meet changing customer needs and stay ahead of competitors. Project Management: Collaborate and interact effectively with key internal stakeholders, including Underwriting, Products, Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Claims, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies. Undertake special projects and tasks as required to support overall business development objectives.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably within the insurance, travel and hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business relationships
- Proven commercial insight with excellent people skills, an energetic, solution-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Proven ability to think both creatively and analytically in problem-solving situations
- Consistently plays a role in reaching team objectives and upholds the team's mission
- Exceptional proficiency in communicating fluently in English, Thai, and additional languages
